Charge Up – Fully charge your VacPod before use. It takes about 30 minutes. Avoid leaving it plugged in for more than 2 hours to prevent overcharging.
Power On – Hold the power button for 5 seconds to switch it on. The device starts in low-frequency mode, designed for left-hand use to reduce stress, ease anxiety, improve sleep, and help with insomnia.
Positioning – For best results, place your VacPod on the PC8 acupressure point or the TW3/TW2 meridian points. (See image above)
Left hand: Low-frequency mode for calming, sleep support, and stress relief.
Right hand: Press the power button again to switch to high-frequency mode for improved focus and alertness.
Proper placement is essential—if you don’t feel the pulse, press the “+” button 3–4 times and adjust the position. You can also fine-tune the intensity for comfort.
Relax & Rest – VacPod features a 20-minute automatic lock, so it will switch off on its own as you relax or drift to sleep.
